Soprano
“A member of the Royal Opera Academy, the young French soprano Sarah Charles is the revelation of the evening, portraying a radiant, inventive Elmira, excellent in the ornamentation of the reprises, and dramatically fierce.”

New album: The Four Seasons, Boismortier
“The voice of Spring, the soprano, tangy, agile, very brilliant, and with a delightful clarity, is that of the Parisian Sarah Charles. She expresses all the graces and seductions of the springtime nature, evoking the idyllic harmony between enchanted woods and thickets, and languid, love-struck shepherds, all the more curious and awakened with the return of the young Flora – the goddess of spring.
A true nightingale, both intoxicated and incandescent, the singer captivates in the 7 sequences of Spring, the first season of a cycle that promises to be very appealing. Sarah Charles embodies all the exquisite elegance of naiads, languid shepherdesses, and dryads… which her precise and smooth singing evokes with refinement. “
